The IVR in my Patton SmartNode SNBX is not working correctly.

If you are having issues with your Patton SmartNode SNBX, please download and run the following script in Windows PowerShell locally to the SNBX itself. We do not recommend this to be done remotely thorugh RDP.
To run, right click on the file and select "Run with PowerShell" and then follow the instructions on the screen.
This script will update the Patton WMI file to the current version which will fix some known capability bugs/issues as well as add in new features.
