Having issues with your Patton SmartNode SNBX? Try this first.

If you are having issues with your Patton SmartNode SNBX, please contact support@patton.com and request the SNBX Script File to run in Windows PowerShell locally.  We do not recommend this to be done remotely thorugh RDP.

 

Once downloaded, follow these instructions:

 

To run, right click on the file and select "Run with PowerShell" and then follow the instructions on the screen.

 

This script will update the Patton WMI file to the current version which will fix some known capability bugs/issues as well as add in new features.

 

Issues Resolved with this script (But not limited to).

- Phone Provisioning

- HTTP (Patton WMI) bugs

- 3CX upgrade issues (From version 11 to 12)

- IVR Issues
