How do I recover Factory password?

Console into the unit via the RS-232 port Reboot the RAS.

When prompted type bbb >
From the prompt Model29xx/31xx> 'type' factory >
From the prompt Model29xx/31xx> 'type' reset

This procedure will set the unit back to factory defaults. We no longer recover lost passwords.
