Day light time offset rule for Central Europe

Configuration Description

Smartware version R5.X not older than 2010-07-15 Use these two commands to achieve that the SmartNode automatically performs the daylight saving change. This example is for countries with default offset +01:00 and daylight saving of +02:00 between the last Sunday of March until the last Sunday of October. For all other time zones please change this value accordingly.
